This opportunity is ideal for a Junior to Intermediate-level professional looking to apply their data analytics expertise to improve business processes, drive operational efficiencies and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, transform and validate data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and KPI scorecards using Power BI and Excel.
- Analyse operational and process performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Map business processes and conduct root cause analysis.
- Support Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop automated reporting solutions and support data quality initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and present actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or a related quantitative discipline.
- 1–5 years' experience in data analytics, business intelligence or operational reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query and Pivot Tables.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, data modelling and dashboard development.
- Exposure to process mapping and business process improvement.
- Understanding of root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Pharmaceutical, logistics or supply chain industry experience would be advantageous.
- Lean Six Sigma certification would be beneficial.
