DLK is looking for a Data Analyst / Data Governance & Knowledge Management Consultant to help drive enterprise‑level governance and knowledge management initiatives. This is a chance to shape how data is managed, governed, and shared across a complex organisation. What You’ll Do
- Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder consultations, and governance workshops.
- Analyse existing data policies, frameworks, and standards — identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Develop and implement Data Governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating models .
- Establish governance structures: roles, responsibilities, committees, escalation mechanisms.
- Create and maintain data taxonomies, dictionaries, metadata repositories, and asset inventories .
- Define and implement data ownership, stewardship, and accountability models .
- Develop and roll out a Knowledge Management maturity roadmap , improving capture, organisation, and sharing of institutional knowledge.
- Produce high‑quality analysis, reports, and governance artefacts for senior stakeholders.
