- The Senior Manager is responsible for driving the growth and delivery of the firm's AI-Enabled Assurance offerings. This role provides leadership across client engagements, solution development, and strategic initiatives, helping organisations modernise their assurance, risk, and controls functions through advanced analytics, automation and Generative AI.
- The successful candidate will work closely with senior client stakeholders to shape transformation roadmaps, lead complex multi-workstream engagements, and deliver innovative solutions that improve risk management, controls effectiveness, and decision-making. The role requires strong consulting, assurance, controls transformation, and technology delivery experience, together with the ability to bridge business and technical discussions at an executive level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex client programmes across assurance, controls transformation, digital risk, analytics, and AI.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Lead client engagements, including proposals, pitches, executive workshops, steering committee meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
- Define and drive engagement roadmaps, balancing client priorities, delivery commitments, and strategic growth objectives.
- Oversee programme governance, sprint planning, delivery management, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.
- Provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective coordination and delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Resolve delivery challenges, manage client escalations, and remove barriers to successful programme execution.
- Contribute to solution design and technology decision-making, providing direction on architecture, analytics, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Drive business development activities, including pipeline management and proposal development.
- Develop and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative delivery culture.
- Identify opportunities to leverage data, analytics, automation, and Generative AI to improve assurance, controls, and risk outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification
- 8 years experience in consulting, technology delivery, assurance, controls transformation, risk advisory, or related professional services environments.
- Proven track record leading large, complex, multi-workstream programmes and client engagements.
- Experience delivering assurance, controls, risk, analytics, digital transformation, or AI-enabled solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate business challenges into practical and scalable solutions.
- Working knowledge of data analytics, emerging technologies, and Generative AI applications in a business environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, programme governance, and stakeholder management.
- Commercially astute, with experience supporting business development, proposals, and revenue growth.
- Experience developing and leading high-performing teams.
