Job Title: Data Administrator Start Date: 2026-08-07 - 2026-09-06 Vacancy Type: Contractor ht002079 Sectors: Mining Location: North West , Rustenburg Salary: 450,000 - 650,000 Brief: If you have experience managing supplier data within the mining industry and thrive in a structured, compliance-driven environment, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact. Working closely with multiple departments, you'll oversee supplier onboarding, maintain SAP master data, monitor compliance documentation, support audits, and help ensure efficient procurement and payment processes. Detail: Manage end-to-end supplier master data and vendor onboarding within SAP. Verify and maintain supplier compliance documentation, including BBBEE, SARS Tax Clearance, COIDA and related statutory requirements. Prepare supplier, mining materials and compliance reconciliation reports. Maintain accurate supplier records, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. Support internal and external audits by providing complete supplier documentation and data records. Liaise with Finance, Procurement, Legal and operational teams to resolve supplier and data-related queries. Ensure compliance with mining regulations, procurement policies and South African legislative requirements.
