Minimum requirements
- Matric and post matric qualifications
- Cylindrical Grinder that has +/-5 years’ experience in the engineering industry
- Engineering, Grinding, Turning, Milling
- Read and interpret complex technical drawings
- Must be able to work to tight tolerances
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Set up and operate the appropriate production resources.
- Must be able to work to tight tolerances.
- Be able to use measuring equipment properly
- Do basic calculations
- Assist junior staff where required
- Follow instructions
- Always ensuring a clean safe and neat work environment
- Basic machine maintenance
- Communicating effectively on timelines and targets
- General administrative duties
- Own transport essential
