Experience Required

• 6-8 years of experience within Cyber Security, Information Security, or Risk Management

• Experience working in consulting, enterprise, managed services, or corporate environments

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices

Core Skills

• Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

• Vulnerability Assessments and Risk Analysis

• Security Audits and Gap Assessments

• Incident Response and Security Operations

• Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Network and Infrastructure Security

• Cloud Security (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

• Security Awareness and Policy Development

• Stakeholder Engagement and Security Advisory

Preferred Certifications

• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)

• CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)

• CompTIA Security+

• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)

• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer

• Microsoft Security Certifications

• Fortinet NSE Certifications

• Cisco Security Certifications

• CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional)

Key Attributes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate security risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Commercial awareness and consulting mindset

• Passion for staying current with emerging threats and security trends
