Our client, an industry leader in investment and technology, is on the hunt for a Cyber Security Analyst who thrives in the Microsoft ecosystem and is passionate about protecting cloud and on-prem environments. In this role, you will be the frontline of the company’s cloud and enterprise environment Duties & Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Hunt down threats with Microsoft Sentinel and Defender XDR
- Respond to incidents like phishing, malware, and identity compromise with precision
- Secure Azure workloads and enforce Zero Trust principles
- Strengthen defences with Fortinet Firewalls and unified visibility in Sentinel
- Build and refine security playbooks that keep us one step ahead
- Drive compliance with Microsoft Purview and global standards like GDPR & ISO 27001
Essentials Skills and Requirements
- 4+ years in SOC / Security Analyst roles
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Azure, and Purview
- Strong grasp of SIEM/SOAR, IAM, and cloud security fundamentals
- Certifications like SC-200, AZ-500, SC-400, Security+ are a big plus
- Analytical mindset, clear communicator, and calm under pressure
