REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 National Diploma in Library Science, Information Management or Information Technology or equivalent computer literacy 1-2 practical experience in a public library and experience as part of academic programme.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attends to user needs/ requirements and executes specific processes associated with the membership registrations, lending or attends to specific activities associated with maintaining and organising library material/ book stock and provides support with specific arrangements Teaching users on how to produce electronic documents Providing orientation to new library users on ICT services End user support/ training to library users.
