The Opportunity
- Join Micromine in Johannesburg as a Customer Success Specialist, partnering with mining and exploration customers across the AMEE region.
- This role sits at the intersection of technology, customer engagement, and business value, helping customers maximise the impact of their software investment while strengthening long-term partnerships.

What you need to succeed
- Tertiary qualification in Earth Sciences, Mining, or Engineering.
- Experience within exploration, mining, or related operational environments.
- Strong knowledge of geology, exploration, or mining software workflows.
- Proven ability to build credibility with technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and opportunities.
