• Join Micromine in Johannesburg as a Customer Success Specialist, partnering with mining and exploration customers across the AMEE region.
• This role sits at the intersection of technology, customer engagement, and business value, helping customers maximise the impact of their software investment while strengthening long-term partnerships.

What you need to succeed

• Tertiary qualification in Earth Sciences, Mining, or Engineering.
• Experience within exploration, mining, or related operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of geology, exploration, or mining software workflows.
• Proven ability to build credibility with technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and opportunities.
