What you need to succeed
- Tertiary qualification in Earth Sciences, Mining, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience within exploration, geology, mining, or mining technology environments.
- Proven success managing strategic customer relationships or portfolios.
- Strong commercial mindset with retention, growth, and value-focused thinking.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex discussions.
- Knowledge of Micromine products or comparable mining technology solutions.
