The Role: Customer Success Manager This role exists to lead business growth and serve as the trusted face of the company in the market. It contributes to the business by identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and developing long-term partnerships across South Africa. The main focus areas include executing sales strategies, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with Marketing and Operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities across South Africa, leveraging a minimum of 5 years'' experience in sales or business development.
Build and maintain strong client relationships across all provinces, key decision-makers, referral partners, and industry stakeholders.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Attend networking events, conferences, and industry functions to grow the company''s presence.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
