Customer Service Coordinator

REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 (tertiary qualification advantageous) Experience with customer service in a B2B environment (not retail) Excellent skills on ERP software (ALPLAPROD preferred) Good with numbers, experience in data analysis and efficient in using computer systems. Excellent communication skills in English and Local language Strong customer focus and good communication skills towards customers and in difficult circumstances (late deliveries, addressing re-planning necessities, etc.) in challenging situations.
