Start free — we apply for you →We are seeking a motivated and organized Customer Sales Representative to close sales and boost our customer base. You will utilize established leads and find new leads for potential customers. After making initial contact, you will present the benefits of our products and services, helping them understand how these products can enhance their everyday lives. We prefer candidates who have at 1 Months of sales experience and a solid history of closing sales, but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
°Present promote and sell products/services
°Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential °customers to meet their needs
°Establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
°Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
°Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
°Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
°Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
°Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports
°Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
°Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
°Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
°Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
°Level 4 and N1 to N6
°A Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field will be advantageous.
°A finance-related qualification recognised by the FSCA or FSP will be advantageous.
°1 Months sales or customer service experience, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.
°Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
°Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
°Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
°A valid driver's licence and own vehicle will be advantageous but are not essential.
°Clear criminal record.
