Customer Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with an allocated customer portfolio.
• Conduct regular customer engagements and present fleet performance data and insights.
• Support customers with the effective use of web-based fleet management and telematics systems.
• Coordinate customer queries and ensure timely resolution across internal departments.
• Assist Sales and Aftermarket teams with fleet evaluations, replacement programmes, and marketing initiatives.
• Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to growing customer loyalty and market share.
• Promote exceptional customer service and continuous improvement in customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Customer Relationship Management CRM or a similar customer-facing role.
• Higher Certificate or Diploma in Business Management, Customer Service, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM, ERP, telematics, or web-based customer platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical ability with experience compiling and presenting reports.
• Highly organised with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, customer-focused, and able to work effectively across multiple departments.
• Valid driver's licence.
