⭐ Are you a people person who thrives on pace, pressure and great customer service?
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic and highly organised Service Ambassador to join our team.
This is more than just a customer service role. You’ll be at the front line of the business , helping customers, processing orders, handling queries, solving problems and making sure every customer receives professional, efficient service.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
Has 1+ years’ experience in a retail/service environment - essential
Has excellent customer service and communication skills - essential
Is efficient, reliable, responsible and exceptionally well organised - essential
Can stay calm and productive under pressure while managing multiple tasks
Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right - essential
Can work independently without constant supervision
Is a fast learner who can think on their feet and find practical solutions
Is fully computer literate .
Has a positive, friendly and energetic personality - essential
Has design experience — an advantage, but not essential

WORKING HOURS
This position is based in the Southern Suburbs
Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday & Public Holidays: 9:00am – 2:00pm
