Detail: This role requires a highly organised administrator with experience supporting Sectional Title portfolios, managing CSOS compliance and submissions, levy administration, accounts and general property management administration. Minimum Requirements 3–5 years' Property Administration experience within the Property Management industry. Essential: Proven Sectional Title administration experience. Essential: Hands-on Community Schemes Ombud Service and Sectional Title administration experience , including annual returns, submissions, dispute registrations and compliance. Accounts and levy administration experience. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Experience on Stilus and/or WCU systems Honest, reliable, organised and detail-oriented Resides in Table View. Key Responsibilities Provide administration support to a portfolio of Sectional Title schemes. Manage all CSOS submissions, returns, dispute registrations and compliance. Handle levy queries and quarterly arrear reports. Process Stilus claims and upload EFTs and requisitions via WCU. Update payment schedules and assist with supplier and owner queries. Prepare audit packs and liaise with auditors. Coordinate insurance renewals and trustee correspondence. Attend meetings, take minutes and draft letters.
