- An appropriate three-year career-related tertiary qualification degree or national diploma in Public Administration or Management, Business Administration or any other field of study related to the position
- At least six years' relevant working experience in a support management environment
- Supervisory experience will be an added advantage
- A valid Code B driving licence
- Computer literacy with experience in SAP
- Must undergo a criminal record check and such a person shall allow their fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost

Primary functions
- Execute generic personnel management functions
- Deliver administration, auxiliary and logistical support services
- Monitor adherence to human resources and office policies and procedures
- Ensure optimal and correct use of resources of staff and office machines
- Ensure registry and archive support operations
- Assist in administrative support operations
- Ensure asset and inventory management support operations
- Render office occupancy and parking support operations
- Ensure telecommunication and IT support operations
- Provide word processing support operations
- Provide fleet management support operations
- Ensure effective meeting and event support operations
- Assist with occupational health and safety audit and reporting
- Assist with effective workplace safety inspections
