The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and integrated customer data while supporting customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. Location: Menlyn Maine, Pretoria Work Model: Hybrid Contract: Initial 12-month contract, with potential for renewal or permanent Detail: Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise CRM and Salesforce platforms. Ensure strong data governance and compliance with POPIA requirements. Maintain accurate, reliable, and integrated customer data. Support and deliver CRM, technology, and systems-related projects. Leverage customer data and insights to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention. Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive effective CRM strategies and processes. Requirements 3–5 years' relevant CRM experience. Proven Salesforce experience . Strong understanding of CRM, project management, and data literacy . NQF Level 7 qualification (Degree/Diploma). ND in Marketing Communications or a related field. Knowledge of POPIA and data governance will be advantageous. Key Success Indicators Effective CRM and Salesforce ownership.
