Job Title: Creditors Manager Start Date: 2026-08-26 - 2026-09-25 Vacancy Type: Permanent DBN000347 Sectors: Finance Location: KwaZulu Natal , Durban Salary: Brief: DBN000347 - Creditors Manager - Prospecton Purpose of the Job: To manage the Creditors function, ensuring accurate reconciliations, timely payments, compliance, and effective supplier and team management. Required Qualifications: Matric qualification is essential. Post-matric qualification is advantageous. 2–3 years' finance experience, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong Excel skills and experience are essential. A certificate in Management would be an added advantage. Detail: Technical Competencies & Experience: Manage local and foreign creditors and ensure timely payments. Lead, manage, and develop the Creditors team. Manage supplier onboarding, BEE verification, banking details, discounts, and rebates. Prepare payment forecasts, reconciliations, journals, and month-end reports. Monitor GRNs, supplier queries, and outstanding creditor balances. Work with Procurement and management to resolve supplier issues and achieve cost savings. Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance, training, discipline, and staff development. Behavioral Competencies: Ability to work independently and under pressure.
