The role includes processing supplier invoices, managing creditor reconciliations, loading payments, resolving supplier queries, and ensuring accurate financial records.
Requirements
- Accounting-related qualification
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of the creditors/accounts payable function
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Experience with BuildSmart accounting software advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple entities and meet deadlines
