Requirements Key Responsibilities:
Capture and process supplierinvoices accurately and on time
Match purchase orders, deliverynotes, and invoices
Reconcile supplier statements andresolve discrepancies
Prepare payment runs in line withsupplier terms
Maintain the creditors ledger andensure accuracy at all times
Respond to supplier queriespromptly and professionally
Assist with month-end close andaccounts payable reporting
File documentation and supportaudit requirements
Requirements
A suitable qualification
Minimum 2 years' experience in asimilar role
Strong computer skills, includingMS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Pastel, SAP, or similar)
High attention to detail and goodorganizational skills
Ability to work well underpressure and meet deadline
