Stallion Integrated is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Creditors Clerk to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of creditors transactions, maintaining an accurate creditors ledger, supporting supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Processing and verifying supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
- Processing creditor payments and ensuring timely settlements.
- Loading EFT payments onto banking platforms.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date creditors ledger records.
- Processing cashbook transactions, receipts, and payments.
- Conducting regular creditors reconciliations.
- Communicating with suppliers to resolve queries and disputes.
- Assisting with financial reporting and compliance requirements.
- Maintaining effective filing and record-keeping systems.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, financial regulations, FICA, POPIA, and applicable accounting standards.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Sound reconciliation and record-keeping abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems such as Sage 300 Evolution
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Diploma, certificate, or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in a Creditors or Accounts Payable environment.
- Financial Management: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, colleagues, and management
