Start free — we apply for you →A growing fintech consumer lending company is looking for a Credit Operations Accountant to join our team in Cape Town (On-site). Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily loan disbursements and monitor transaction status.
- Perform daily reconciliations between CRM, payment gateways, and bank accounts.
- Investigate failed payments, reversals, and transaction discrepancies.
- Support repayment allocations, cash flow monitoring, and liquidity management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational finance and loan book reports.
- Support financial compliance and audit documentation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, fintech, or lending.
- Hands-on experience with high-volume bank reconciliations and payment systems.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
