Job Description
This position involves
- Analysing and assessing loan applicants' financial information to determine creditworthiness
- Evaluating risk across individuals, businesses, and institutions
- Preparing, reviewing and presenting detailed credit reports and recommendations
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and credit committees to support approval or decline decisions
- Monitoring collateral compliance and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations
- Conducting quality assurance reviews and verify the accuracy of financial information
- Communicating credit decisions, policies, and outcomes professionally with stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a Credit Analyst (or similar role)
- Strong financial analysis and risk assessment capabilities
- Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Qualification
- BCom Accounting (or similar)
