Creative & Product Content Coordinator

Agrinet Samrand is seeking a Creative & Product Content Coordinator to support the Assistant Manager: Creative and Content with day-to-day product content administration and creative coordination, ensuring accurate and up-to-date content and artwork for packaging, POS, campaigns and customer-facing materials. Responsibilities: Maintain product images, dimensions, specifications and product descriptions. Coordinate the collection and updating of product information from Product Managers, suppliers and stakeholders. Check content packs for completeness and readiness for campaigns, packaging and presentations. Support artwork preparation, version control, file management and creative asset tracking. Coordinate artwork amendments, label updates, resizing requests and content corrections. Maintain organised archives of approved artwork, templates, images and creative assets. Manage asset libraries, naming conventions and file structures in line with brand requirements. Track outstanding inputs, missing assets, approvals and changes. Liaise with printers, photographers and production suppliers regarding proofs, corrections and delivery. Provide regular status updates and follow up on outstanding items to ensure deadlines are met. Support campaign, packaging and POS execution through timely content and file preparation.
