This is a single placement for a management couple, not two independent hires: one partner takes on the Country Manager role and the other the Lodge General Manager role. The two positions are set out separately below given the difference in scope and accountability, but this is recruited and filled as one appointment.
Malawi is a rewarding country to operate in, with genuinely excellent teams on the ground, but it isn't without its challenges. This role suits leaders who think practically, stay ahead of problems, and keep operations running when circumstances don't cooperate.
