Minimum Qualifications: - BSc Construction Management (preferred) - Alternatively, an Engineering Degree - Engineering Diploma - BSc Quantity Surveying - PMP Certification Minimum Experience: - Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contracts Manager Detail: Added Advantage: - MBA - Law Degree Field of Experience: - Detailed costing and estimating within steel fabrication and construction - Experience within the mining environment will be highly advantageous - Strong knowledge and practical experience in Contracts Management - Experience with FIDIC and NEC3 Contracts - Strong commercial, contractual and cost-management skills Additional Requirements: - Bilingual with good communication skills - Must be able to pass an Occupational Medical Fitness Certificate - Clear criminal record - Professional, analytical and detail oriented - Strong negotiation and contract administration skills show more...
