- Qualification: A minimum NQF Level 6 qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Commerce in the Built Environment.
- Registration: Registration with SACQSP in the category Candidate QS, or AACEI in the category CCP.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 (three) years post-registration related experience, and a record of projects undertaken with a cumulative value greater than R100 million.
