- Monitor and control operational costs across the business
- Manage stock reconciliations and inventory controls
- Investigate stock variances and implement corrective actions
- Analyse cost trends and provide recommendations for improved profitability
- Prepare accurate cost reports and management information
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company procedures
- Support operational teams with inventory and cost-related insights
Job experience and Skill Required
- Relevant Degree in Finance, Accounting, Cost Management, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years' experience in a Cost Controller or similar finance role
- Experience within Hospitality, Manufacturing, or FMCG environments
- Strong understanding of stock management and inventory control
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to Hospitality POS systems
- Working knowledge of SAGE X3
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis
