Responsibilities
- Month-end processing and reconciliation of key accounts
- Cost analysis, reporting, and variance investigation
- Inventory management control, including the coordination of cycle counts and month-end stock counts
- Setting up and maintaining bills of materials
- Supporting and implementing cost-saving initiatives
- Providing general support to the financial operations of the organisation
Requirements
- Relevant degree or diploma in Cost and Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, or a related field
- Experience working with ERP systems Sage X3, Syspro, or Pastel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills, including working knowledge of pivot tables and relevant functions
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels and diverse cultural backgrounds
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to work within flexible working conditions
