What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.

• Manage the full product costing process—from raw materials through to finished goods.

• Perform cost and variance analysis to identify savings and improve profitability.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Monitor inventory, WIP, and stock movements while ensuring costing accuracy.

• Partner with operational teams to improve efficiencies and strengthen cost controls.

• Provide meaningful financial insights to support business decisions.

What We're Looking For

• BCom in Accounting, Finance, or a related qualification.

• 3–5 years' experience in Cost & Management Accounting.

• Manufacturing industry experience will be highly advantageous.

• Proven experience with product costing in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting skills.

• Experience with inventory, WIP, and stock accounting.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.

• Sage Evolution and/or Power BI experience will be advantageous.

• Strong analytical ability with excellent attention to detail.
