Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Cost & Management Accounting.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in costing, manufacturing finance, or management accounting.
- Experience within a pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of product costing, inventory valuation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Experience with BOM costing, manufacturing variance analysis, and inventory reconciliations.
- Sound understanding of IFRS, financial controls, and internal governance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
