Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Cost & Management Accounting Professional qualification such as CIMA is advantageous 3–5+ years experience in cost accounting, manufacturing, or operational finance Experience using Syspro & Power BI Detail: Technical Competencies & Experience: Develop and maintain costing systems for products and operations. Analyze actual costs against standard costs and investigate variances. Prepare cost, margin, and profitability reports. Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journals and reconciliations. Collaborate with teams on cost allocation. Review bills of materials (BOMs) and production processes. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Assist with audits by providing cost reports and supporting documentation.
