Introduction

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting, educating, and driving sales of Cosmeceutical skincare products to dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, and skincare professionals. This role combines skin and ingredient knowledge, relationship management, and consultative selling to position the brand as a trusted partner in advanced skincare solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Promote and sell cosmeceutical products to dermatology clinics, aesthetic centres, medical spas, and skincare centres.

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Manage territory planning, call cycles, and customer satisfaction.

Product Education

• Educate clients on product formulations, active ingredients, and treatment protocols.

• Conduct in-clinic training sessions for doctors, nurses, aestheticians, and salon staff.

• Stay up to date with trends, skincare innovations, and competitor products.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.

• Act as a trusted advisor by providing ongoing support and tailored skincare solutions.

• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and feedback professionally.

Marketing & Brand Support

• Execute brand strategies, launches, promotions, and campaigns in the field.

• Support workshops, conferences, exhibitions, and professional events.

• Gather market intelligence, customer insights, and competitor activity and report findings to management.

• Ensure brand messaging and visual merchandising standards are continually upheld.

Administrative & Reporting Duties

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits, and territory performance.

• Prepare regular sales and administrative reports.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Education

• Somatology or Beauty Specialist Diploma (non-negotiable)

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Somatologist or Beauty Specialist.

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales (Preferred)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of skincare science, active ingredients, and skin conditions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Consultative selling and negotiation abilities.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

• Ability to work independently and manage a field-based role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Working Conditions

• Field-based role with frequent travel within assigned territory.

• Monday – Thursday 08h00 – 16h00

Friday – 08h00 – 15h00

• Some extended hours for in practice/salon events or promotions.
