Role Purpose
Our client in the retail industry is seeking a Creditors Clerk with retail industry experience to join their team. You will ensure that supplier invoices are validated for payment, monthly recons, sorting out discrepancies with suppliers, resolving daily creditors queries, prepare early payment calculations, processing of credit and debit adjustments etc.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
Required Experience
- Solid retail creditors experience (at least 3 years in current role) is essential.
- Good understanding of accounts and creditors reconciliation process.
- Computer literate (MS Excel - intermediate level).
- Oracle Financials would be advantageous.
- Good communicator.
