Job Type: Full time, On-Site (Rosebank)
Salary: R700-R800K per annum

We are recruiting an experienced Implementation Partner Manager to join a purpose-driven organisation focused on Youth Development. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of partnerships, programme implementation, operations and stakeholder management .
You will work across implementation partners, internal teams and leadership to strengthen delivery, improve partner performance and ensure high-impact programmes are executed successfully with CORPORATE clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead strategic, cross-functional implementation initiatives from planning through to delivery
- Build and manage strong relationships with implementation partners and key stakeholders.
- Drive partner performance, operational readiness and consistent programme delivery.
- Identify delivery risks, operational gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate and resolve critical implementation challenges and escalations.
- Develop scalable processes, playbooks, governance frameworks and best practices.
- Support partner onboarding, sector development and programme expansion.
- Provide clear reporting and strategic updates to senior leadership.
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- A completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience engaging with CORPORATE/ENTERPRISE clients across implementation, programme/project management, operations, partner management or strategic initiatives.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programmes and multiple stakeholders .
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-management capabilities.
- The ability to turn strategy into structured, practical execution.
Experience within youth employment, skills development, social impact, enterprise programmes or large-scale implementation environments will be given preference.
Package & Remuneration
Salary: R700-R800K per annum
