Corporate Finance Analyst

Are you a qualified CA(SA) with experience in deals, valuations or due diligence and looking to build on your existing expertise? An exciting opportunity is available for an Analyst to join a specialist corporate finance environment, working on transactions and financial analysis.

This role is suited to a technically strong professional with 2–5 years of post-article experience, ideally around 2–3 years, who is looking to further develop their corporate finance and transaction advisory experience. Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Support corporate finance transactions and deal-related activities.

• Assist with valuations and financial analysis.

• Contribute to financial due diligence processes.

• Perform detailed financial analysis to support transaction decisions.

• Support the preparation and analysis of financial information relating to corporate finance engagements.

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Qualified CA(SA).

• Approximately 2–5 years of post-article experience, ideally 2–3 years.

• Post-article experience in a deals or corporate finance environment.

• Exposure to valuations and financial due diligence.

• Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills.

• A CFA qualification or progress towards the CFA designation would be advantageous.
