In this role you will be responsible for

Managing warehouse receiving, issuing, storage and stocktaking activities.
Ensuring stock availability, security and accurate stock control.
Conducting Material Requirements Planning and monitoring stock levels, cycle counts and variances.
Controlling purchase orders, delivery documentation and vendor performance.
Maintaining accurate materials management records and compiling monthly and ad-hoc reports.
Building effective relationships with internal customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, legislation and HSEC requirements.

National Diploma NQF6 in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
Minimum five years' warehouse experience, preferably in the mining industry.
Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control and procurement.
SAP and Coupa P2P experience.
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
Good understanding of mining operations and mechanical/electrical materials.
Strong leadership, planning, analytical and communication skills.
Valid driver's licence and own transport, with ability to perform standby duties.
