- Load execution.
- Reports.
- Documentation management.
- Monitor fuel consumption and investigate irregularities.
- Monitor and update the service schedule to ensure tankers are not overrun and serviced according to the prescribed intervals.
- Accident/Incident reporting and investigation.
- Arranging repairs and maintenance for all vehicles.
- Capturing and analyzing daily spreadsheets.
- Capturing and monitoring of driver's and crew's working and overtime hours
Experience and Qualifications
- 2 years in the transport industry.
- At least 1 year experience in driver management.
- Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures.
- Grade 12 / Matric with Maths.
- Any other related qualification will be advantageous.

Working Conditions
- Availability for excessive working hours, including weekends and shifts, as required by the role.
