- Co-ordinate and control the application of accounting procedures within the Finance Department by attending to the verification, reporting, procedure, processing and reconciliation of project expenditure accounts, controlling the effective implementation recordkeeping and data management procedures to facilitate recovery/ retrieval of accounting information.
- Co-ordinate and control sequences associated with verification and provision of information related Expenditure transactions;
- Coordinating the recording and processing procedures of Expenditure transaction,
- Perfom specific sequences associated with maintaining electrically based information/ data and files/ records;
Requirements
- National Diploma in Public Finance Management and Administration or equivalent Finance Management and Administration with majors in accounting and/or Management Accounting
- Computer Literacy MS Excel; any recognised Financial System
- 2 - 3 years relevant experience within Finance Administration
