- To oversee all control room operations, ensure effective monitoring, communication, and incident management in line with client and company requirements.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- PSIRA Grade A Valid and registered
- Computer Literacy MS Office, email, and control room systems
- NQF Level 5 Qualification in Management/Security Management
- Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience in a control room/security environment
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and radio procedures
- Strong report writing and communication skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor CCTV, alarms and access control systems
- Manage and coordinate site security officers
- Ensure accurate occurrence book and incident report completion
- Liaise with client, management and emergency services
- Ensure compliance with PSIRA, OHS and client SOPs
