- A reputable company is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager / Senior Site Agent to join its Western Cape team.
- This is a senior-level opportunity for an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience working for a large, established construction contractor and a proven track record across commercial, industrial, and multi-storey construction projects .
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- SACPCMP registration required.
- Minimum 15 years' total construction experience.
- At least 10 years' experience with a recognised large construction contractor in the Western Cape .
- Previous experience specifically as a Senior Site Agent and/or Contracts Manager .
- Strong commercial and industrial construction experience.
- Extensive multi-storey construction experience.
- Strong understanding of NEC and JBCC contracts and contract administration.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects, teams, subcontractors, and commercial requirements.

- Excellent understanding of construction programmes, budgets, quality, and HSE.
- Strong knowledge of NEC and JBCC contractual processes.
