- RPO Recruitment's client, a construction contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of its construction projects in Polokwane.
- This opportunity is suited to a seasoned construction professional with a strong background in both building and civil works, capable of managing multiple project contracts, coordinating teams and ensuring projects are delivered within contractual, financial and programme requirements.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the construction industry.
- Extensive experience in building and civil works projects.
- Proven experience in contracts management within the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project administration and commercial management.
- Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
- Ability to manage project budgets, costs, claims and contractual variations.
- Strong negotiation, leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be willing to be based in Polokwane.
