This position is responsible for the administration of contracts and for supporting the Contracts Manager in the implementation of the contract office duties, including maintaining a contracts register as well as a tender register, executing tender processes, as well as implementing procurement contracts.

Desired Experience & Qualification
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum National Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in procurement, tender and/or contract administration.
PREFERENCES
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or equivalent training and membership of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) would be advantageous.
- Experience in the Higher Education sector would be an added advantage.
