Contract Manager - Mpumalanga

The suitable candidates main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:â?¯ â?¯

• Security advises to clients; • Threat and Risk assessment; • Client liaison and professional client relationship; • Manpower Management; • Equipment Management; • Effectively dealing with and managing client complaints; • Ensure that contractual requirements are met at all times; • Initiating and chairing disciplinary hearings; • Incident and investigation management; • Ensure compliance to the Companys disciplinary code; • Health & Safety management; • Ensuring Security Officers problems that are reported are solved; • Ensure that all company SOPs are followed; • Ensure BPC policies and procedures are followed at all times; • Ensure that training takes place as and when required; • After hour visits and standby duties; â?¯Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:â?¯ â?¯

• PSIRA certification Grade A
• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;
• 3 5 years experience in a management position and Mining environment;
• Firearm competency for all 3 firearms (handgun, rifle and shotgun)
• Chrome/Platinum/Illegal Mining Experience;
• Investigation/intelligence experience;
• Relevant experience as an administrator;
• Must be willing to undergo polygraph test;
• The ability to communicate and present at all levels;
• The ability to work under pressure;
• Fleet management;
• Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record;
• Own transport and accommodation;
