What You’ll Do:
• Spearhead initiatives to improve line efficiencies, reduce wastage, and explore cutting-edge automation. • Conduct technical investigations, CAD modeling, and design improvements for existing and new machinery. • Own project planning from feasibility and scoping to execution using structured Gantt charts. • Manage and mentor engineering foremen and artisans, overseeing resource allocation and staff performance. What You Bring:
- BTech or B-Eng in Mechanical Engineering, backed by a minimum Grade 12 qualification.
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced factory environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, advanced mathematical skills, and technical problem-solving capabilities.
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English with stellar interpersonal and leadership skills.
