Start free — we apply for you →Requirements - Degree in HR or a related field. - 7+ years' experience in content development, instructional design, curriculum development, e-learning, or learning solutions. - Previous management experience is essential. - Experience within a commercial learning provider, training organisation, consulting environment, or digital learning business. - Knowledge of QCTO and accreditation requirements would be advantageous. - Experience working with LMS platforms and learning technologies. - Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and project management capabilities
Key Responsibilities - Lead the content development function and team. - Drive content strategy, product development, and programme innovation. - Ensure academic governance, quality assurance, and compliance. - Manage programme implementation and operational readiness. - Collaborate on LMS, digital learning, and AI-enabled content initiatives. - Lead multiple projects while managing delivery timelines, resources, and quality standards.
