Salary: R8,000 – R12,000 (Experience‑dependent)

A reputable domestic construction company in Centurion is seeking a hands‑on Working Foreman with sober habits and strong leadership ability. The successful candidate will oversee job sites, coordinate teams, and ensure high‑quality workmanship delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
Transport staff to and from job sites (valid driver’s licence, minimum 5 years).

Oversee daily site operations and coordinate tasks.

Lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards.

Work to deadlines and ensure tasks are completed timeously.

Perform hands‑on foreman duties on site.

Liaise with clients when required and provide feedback to management.

Log employee working hours accurately.

Order and manage materials.

Maintain site discipline, productivity, and quality control.

Requirements
Sober habits.

Literate and able to complete basic documentation.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Results‑driven and able to work under pressure.

Practical, hands‑on approach to daily tasks.

Experience in carpentry, plumbing, drywall & ceilings, painting, etc. is advantageous but not essential.
