This is a senior, hands-on project role for a strong Electrical Engineer or Technician with proven experience in renewable energy, wind farm and/or substation construction projects. Detail: Key Responsibilities Manage projects from inception through to completion. Lead and coordinate project teams, contractors and resources. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to specification. Manage project costing, planning, procurement and expenditure. Monitor budgets and project progress. Review and approve project documentation. Liaise directly with clients and internal departments. Provide technical/engineering input to resolve project issues. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Quality Control standards. Manage materials, resources and subcontractors to achieve best project value. Prepare progress and status reports for senior management. Requirements BTech / National Diploma in Electrical Engineering. SACPCMP registration. Strong construction/project management experience. Wind farm, renewable energy and/or substation construction experience is essential. Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organisational ability.
