- Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee site activities, coordinate construction teams and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
- Candidates with commercial renovation experience are preferred, although those with strong experience across other relevant construction environments are encouraged to apply.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 6 years' solid experience in a relevant construction environment.
- Experience supervising construction activities and coordinating site teams.
- Ability to manage project timelines, quality standards and on-site operations.
- Willingness to work night shifts when required by the project.
- Ability to work in the Western Cape.
Advantageous
- Commercial renovation experience.
- Relevant construction qualifications.
- Own vehicle or bakkie.
